Ethan Strunc has been working in the realm of recording for about 3 years now. He started off as an assistant recording engineer for Bill Kelley at the LSU School of Music, as well as working with Dr. Brett W. Dietz during percussion ensemble recordings, and has since begun to produce his own recordings using his own equipment and knowledge. Notable recordings include the premiere of Jacob Fontenot's chamber opera Two Sisters and the recording of Those Who Fly Too Close to the Sun which was used in an award-winning presentation. He is now offering his recording services, both for live concerts as well as private recording sessions, to nearby musicians and schools, primarily in the Baton Rouge area.
